The ingress/egress proposals are ludicrous—-way too close to the signal at Shannon. Traffic and safety for kids on bikes at that intersection is already a bugaboo. There is very little provision for guest parking within the project and there is no parking viable on either Shannon or LG Blvd. Perhaps mixed use, business or professional, e.g. medical or dental, combined with one or two houses toward the interior of the property? Imperative that the access to whatever is developed and parking for it, be contained on the property itself.
