The Source of this information is from the 2021-2022 Proposed Contract between the County of Santa Clara and the City of Saratoga (sorry for the highlights but I could not find a clean copy)
Of these cities, only Saratoga, Cupertino and Los Altos Hills contract with the County. Los Altos, Los Gatos, and Saratoga are all about the same (~31,000) population
