Steve Rice mentioned metering the lights as part of the Albright Way project on Winchester Blvd. Metering the stoplights should be done proactively (i.e., now). Winchester Blvd. is “one” of the main alternate arteries when there is an accident on Highway 17 southbound. Anyone who commutes knows this, whether you get off on Camden Avenue, Lark Avenue or 85 South onto Winchester.
