The ROEM proposal for Dittos Lane was for 16 two bedroom and 16 one bedroom apartments. Assuming no children in one bedroom apartments and 2-3 children in two bedroom apartments, the school impact could be as much as 32-48.
Our school system is already at maximum capacity with no land nor money to build more schools.
