Lee Quintana has sent the Opening Brief copy to me for publishing in LG-CA. I have not had a chance to read it; therefore, no comment until I can do that.
As far as I know, Netflix has not signed a lease. From what I have read in the newspaper of late, there are lots of companies looking for space like this, but the demand is higher the further north you go on the peninsula.
